my path
Thought I would blog a bit about myself, where I am from, where I am at in life, and where I plan to go with my life and in particular with the military. At least in very short version...
I was born and raised in the great state of Alaska. When I was in my senior year in high school (94-95) I planned to join the military following graduation. God it seems had other plans as I found out I was pregnant before I could leave for basic.

Things have taken longer because of the MOS I am after. I am not settleing for just a 68W but am after a 68WM6 (LPN). The hardest part is finding not just a position but a training slot for that MOS. I may not be headed to BCT/AIT untill 2010. It has been a frustrating game of hurry up and wait... but that's the military for ya.
